For Garnishing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, dried basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the pasta and cover the pan, cooking for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.
