- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted unsalted butter until sandy.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and press 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each liner. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Fold in sour cream and optional mini chocolate chips.
