Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, gather the base ingredients: whole kernel corn, grated cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise. Stir gently until well mixed.
  2. Chop the green pepper and red onion finely, then fold them into the corn mixture.
  3. Coarsely crush the Fritos and gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, gently stir the salad and serve with extra Fritos on the side.
