- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare muffin tin by greasing each cup or lining it.
- Unroll crescent dough, press seams together, spread peach preserves, and sprinkle cinnamon. Roll tightly.
- Slice rolled dough into 1 to 1.5 inch segments and place in muffin tin with spirals facing upwards.
- If making ahead, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, then bring to room temp before baking.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed; tops should be crispy.
