  • 2 cups Peaches ripe, chopped

  • 1/4 cup Red Onion optional, diced
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Lime or Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chill the fresh watermelon and ripe peaches in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Chop the chilled watermelon and peaches into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
