Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Slice the habanero peppers, pineapple, onion, and ginger into small pieces, wearing gloves for safety.
  2. In a pot, combine the chopped onion, pineapple, sliced habaneros, and ginger with water and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in salt and sugar, allow to simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and blend with white vinegar, lime juice, marjoram, and cumin until smooth.
  5. Let the sauce cool, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Pour into bottles or jars, seal, and store in the refrigerator.
