Preparation Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and instant yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add in beaten eggs and melted unsalted butter. Gradually mix in all-purpose flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and glossy.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Roll the dough into a large rectangle, spread softened butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Tightly roll the dough into a log and slice into 12-15 equal pieces. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
  7. Cover and let rolls rise for an additional 30-45 minutes until puffy.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and enough milk for a smooth icing.
  10. Once rolls are baked, cool slightly before drizzling icing over the top.
