  2. While glasses chill, place dollops of whipped cream on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, aged rum, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half-and-half, and pumpkin pie spice. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  4. Remove the shaker lid and strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glasses, filling about three-quarters full.
