  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw shrimp under cool running water for about 10 minutes, then peel and devein.
  2. Melt half of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foamy.
  3. Add thawed shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 1 minute on each side until pink.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pan with white wine or chicken broth, scraping up brown bits. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and chopped parsley, stirring until melted and thickened.
