Steps
- In a stand mixer, blend strong white bread flour, caster sugar, fine sea salt, and fast-action dried yeast. Gradually pour in warm whole milk and add eggs. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer the dough into a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Flour your work surface and roll the dough into a large rectangle about ½ inch thick. Spread full-fat cream cheese and dollop raspberry jam on top. Roll tightly and slice into 12 equal pieces.
- Place buns in a greased baking tin, cover with a towel, and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake buns for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Mix icing sugar, lemon juice, and rose water until smooth. Brush glaze over warm buns. Sprinkle with edible rose petals and pistachios.
