  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 bag Chili Cheese Fritos 9.25 oz, crushed; plain Fritos can be substituted.
  • Fresh Cilantro For garnish; optional.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Fritos Corn Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, diced red bell pepper, shredded Mexican blend cheese, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture until well integrated.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid, and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Once ready to serve, carefully fold in the crushed Chili Cheese Fritos.
  4. If desired, sprinkle fresh cilantro on top of the Fritos Corn Salad and serve immediately.
