Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash 4 ripe peaches, peel, and slice them into chunks. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sliced peaches, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Optionally strain for a smoother texture.
  4. Mix the peach puree with 1 cup lemon juice and 3 cups cold water in a pitcher.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with peach, lemon slices, and mint.
