  • 1 tablespoon raw honey Agave syrup can be used as a substitute.
Optional Garnishes
  • to taste fresh peach slices For garnish.
  • to taste mint leaves For an aromatic twist.

Equipment

  • blender
  • slushie machine
  • Mixing Bowl
  • ice tray

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of peach juice, 1 cup of sparkling water, 1 cup of orange juice, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of raw honey. Whisk gently until the honey is completely dissolved and the mixture is well blended, which should take about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Decide whether to use a slushie machine or a blender for your Peach Slushie. Pour the mixture into the slushie machine and set it to ‘SLUSH’ mode, or pour into an ice tray and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
  3. For the blender method, once the mixture is frozen, remove the ice cubes from the tray and place them into the blender. Pulse on high for about 30 seconds, or until you achieve a smooth, slushy consistency.
  4. If using the slushie machine, once the texture is fluffy and ready, pour the slushie into glasses. For the blender method, scoop the blended peach slush into serving glasses. Garnish with fresh peach slices or mint leaves and serve immediately.
