  • 2 bags Black tea Substitute with herbal tea for caffeine-free.
For the Flavors
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Can use frozen for a slushier texture.
  • 1 medium Orange Can substitute with lime or grapefruit.
  • 1 medium Lemon Splash of juice enhances the taste.
For Sweetening
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or sugar Adjust to taste; maple syrup or agave for vegan.
For Serving
  • 1 cup Ice cubes Use large to minimize dilution.
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil the water in a medium saucepan over high heat.
  2. Remove from heat and steep black tea bags for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Wash and slice the strawberries, orange, and lemon.
  4. Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar until dissolved.
  5. In a large pitcher, combine cooled tea with the sliced fruits.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
