Preparation Steps
  1. Coarsely chop the tomatoes, watermelon, strawberries, red jalapeno, and garlic.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped ingredients and blend on high until smooth.

  4. Taste the gazpacho and adjust seasoning with lime juice, red wine vinegar, and salt.
  5. Transfer the gazpacho into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
