  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the broccoli is tender with charred edges.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the roasted vegetables immediately after removing them from the oven.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot vegetables.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
