Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, add 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced into rounds. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and heated through.
  2. Next, add 1 small sliced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
  3. Add 6 cups of chopped green cabbage to the skillet, along with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and ½ teaspoon of paprika. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but slightly crisp.
  4. Season your stir-fry with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and heat for an additional minute.
