Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Filling: Grate the onion and mix with minced lamb or beef, garlic, parsley, spices, and salt.
  2. Shape the Meat Mixture: Divide into ten portions, flatten into semi-circles.
  3. Stuff the Pitas: Open pita bread and insert meat mixture, press gently.
  4. Prepare for Cooking: Spray or brush olive oil on both sides of the stuffed pita.
  5. Cook the Stuffed Pitas: Fry for about 2 minutes per side until golden.
