Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry until about 1/8-inch thick and cut into rectangles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cheese, crumbled bacon (or alternative), onions, and seasonings.
  4. Spoon the filling onto one half of each pastry rectangle and fold the pastry over.
  5. Crimp the edges to seal and prevent leaks.
  6. Brush the tops with an egg wash and bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
