  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Anchovy Paste omit for vegetarian
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 4 pieces Hoagies or Baguette sturdy bread options
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce fresh

Preparation Steps

  3. Make Garlic Butter: Melt salted butter, stir in minced garlic and parsley until fragrant.
  4. Toast Bread: Spread garlic butter on bread and toast under the broiler for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  5. Create Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste.
