Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread your frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pat the chicken fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and sauté 4 minced garlic cloves for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  6. Serve the chicken atop crispy fries and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
