Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces, ensuring they are coated, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Lightly drizzle a few drops of oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the marinated chicken on the grill or in the pan, cooking for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing mayo, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
