- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the chipotle sauce and ranch dressing in a bowl. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
- Lay the flour tortillas flat and layer the fillings: lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced chicken, cheese, and any optional toppings.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form burritos, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Serve with extra chipotle sauce or ranch dressing on the side.
