  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Soft and pliable
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes Fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
Optional Toppings
  • 1 avocado Avocado Sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream For serving
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the chipotle sauce and ranch dressing in a bowl. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
  5. Lay the flour tortillas flat and layer the fillings: lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced chicken, cheese, and any optional toppings.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form burritos, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve with extra chipotle sauce or ranch dressing on the side.
