  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper adjust based on spice tolerance
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon omit if desired
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper any variety can substitute
For Assembly
  • 6 pieces Flour Tortillas (6”) or Pitas or corn tortillas for gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or use olive oil
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes any ripe tomato variety
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion or sweet onion
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Cucumber or use zucchini
  • 1 cup Tzatziki store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or cilantro for garnish

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with lemon zest, lemon juice, tomato paste, kosher salt, and spices.
  2. Mix until fully blended, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Form the chicken mixture into even patties, aiming for about ½-inch thickness.
  4. Prepare fries according to package instructions until golden brown.
  5. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and cook chicken patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Warm tortillas in the skillet or microwave until pliable.
  7. Assemble tacos with a fried chicken patty, fries, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion, topped with tzatziki.
