Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into ½-inch rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, jerk seasoning, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper and mix to form a thick paste.
  4. Toss sweet potato rounds in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the coated sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy!
