- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, and maple syrup. Add sage, thyme, cumin, and ginger. Season with salt and black pepper, mixing thoroughly by hand.

- Form the mixture into 8 evenly sized patties, about 1/3 inch thick. Arrange patties on a parchment-lined plate.
