- Combine ground beef, ground pork, cooled mushrooms, breadcrumbs, and eggs in a bowl. Mix gently.

- Bake the meatloaf for approximately 1 hour until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- In the last 10 minutes, sprinkle with additional Swiss cheese and return to the oven.
