  • 1 inch Ginger fresh piece

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce low-sodium
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth or Water vegetable broth for vegetarian
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil or olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Beef: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables: Slice bell peppers and chop onion. Mince garlic and ginger.
  3. Sear the Beef: Heat oil in skillet, add beef in a single layer, and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then add bell peppers and onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Combine Flavors: Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute. Return beef to skillet, add broth or water, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Season & Serve: Adjust with salt and pepper. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
