- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles according to package instructions (4-6 minutes), then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, marinate steak and shrimp with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for 3-4 minutes.
- Push vegetables aside and add steak to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Stir in shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until shrimp is pink.
- Add cooked noodles along with a splash of soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
