  1. Prepare the Pumpkin Mixture by whisking together pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Combine Mascarpone and Cream by mixing in mascarpone cheese and folding whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
