Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and chop your bell peppers, red onion, broccoli, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Halve the baby potatoes.
  3. Slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and mix it with the prepared vegetables.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto a large sheet pan in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausage is golden brown and vegetables are tender.
