Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Smoke the Ribs: Smoke the seasoned ribs at 250°F for 1.5 to 2 hours until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Braise the Ribs: Transfer ribs to an aluminum pan, add butter, honey, and BBQ sauce. Cover with foil and braise at 225°F for another 1.5 to 2 hours until they reach 195°F.
  4. Finish on the Grill: Remove the ribs and increase the temperature to 300°F. Brush with braising liquid and grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
