- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the spicy buffalo honey mustard sauce and set aside.
- Cut the croissants in half and spread the spicy sauce on both halves.
- Layer deli ham and pepper jack cheese evenly on the croissant.
