Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread chopped spinach over half of the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border. Crumble feta over the spinach.
  4. Fold the pastry in half, moisten edges, and seal. Slice into 1-inch strips.
  5. Twist each strip 2-3 times and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Beat an egg and brush it over each twisted strip. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
