  • 1 head Napa Cabbage or green cabbage
  • 1 medium Ripe Mango fresh pineapple can be used for a tropical twist
  • 1 medium Carrot julienned or grated for easier blending
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper any sweet bell pepper can be used
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander (Cilantro) omit if you're not a fan
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice substitute with lemon juice if needed
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil or olive oil for different taste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Agave Syrup maple syrup is a good vegan alternative
  • to taste Salt and Pepper season to your preference

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the Napa cabbage, slice it thinly, and place it in a large bowl. Peel and cube the mango, julienne the carrot, and chop the red bell pepper. Add all to the bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, sesame oil, and honey until well blended.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and gently fold in coriander if using.
  5. Serve immediately or let chill for 10-15 minutes for a more melded flavor.
