Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a 23 x 33cm baking tray with baking parchment. Preheat your workspace before melting the chocolate.
  2. Melt 200g of white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Mix in 1 tsp of orange food coloring.
  3. Melt 75g of dark chocolate in another bowl using the same method. Stir in 1 tsp of black food coloring.
  4. Pour the melted orange chocolate into the lined baking tray and spread it evenly.
  5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the orange layer and swirl with a skewer or toothpick.
  6. Scatter 70g of mixed colorful sweets and 15g of edible eyes over the chocolate and press down lightly.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set.
  8. Once set, lift the bark from the tray, break it into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
