Step-by-Step Instructions
- Line a 23 x 33cm baking tray with baking parchment. Preheat your workspace before melting the chocolate.
- Melt 200g of white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Mix in 1 tsp of orange food coloring.
- Melt 75g of dark chocolate in another bowl using the same method. Stir in 1 tsp of black food coloring.
- Pour the melted orange chocolate into the lined baking tray and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the orange layer and swirl with a skewer or toothpick.
- Scatter 70g of mixed colorful sweets and 15g of edible eyes over the chocolate and press down lightly.
- Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set.
- Once set, lift the bark from the tray, break it into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
