Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine 4 grams of agar agar powder with 1 cup of water and whisk thoroughly over medium heat.
  2. Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute, ensuring full activation of the agar agar.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add 1 cup of coconut milk and ⅓ cup of sugar, whisking continuously for 1 more minute.
  4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for about 3 minutes to thicken slightly.
  5. Pour the cooled mixture into a heatproof container and place it in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut into cubes and serve in bowls topped with quartered strawberries and a splash of almond milk.
