  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
For Brushing
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Flavored oils can add extra kick.
For Garnishing
  • Basil (optional) Mint can be used for a different flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast the baguette slices for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Mix ricotta cheese with optional salt, pepper, and honey until smooth.
  5. Chop fresh strawberries into small pieces.
  6. Spread the ricotta mixture over each toasted baguette slice.
  7. Top the ricotta with chopped strawberries.
  8. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the strawberries.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
