  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint, chopped Basil can be used as an alternative
For the Vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Can replace with lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional for sugar-free option
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes and patting them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Slice the strawberries into quarters and the cucumber thinly; combine them with the watermelon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the mixing bowl.
  4. Chop the fresh mint and sprinkle it over the salad, folding everything together gently.
