Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Add diced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Stir in minced garlic.
  4. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir and let simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, uncooked rice, and beef broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
