  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans toasting optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract until frothy.
  3. In another bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients without overmixing.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
