  2. Gently fold in 3 cups of crispy brown rice cereal, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish, and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring until completely melted.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the pressed rice cereal layer. Use a spatula to spread it across the top and sprinkle with pretzel twists and sesame seeds.
  6. Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
