  • 9x13-inch baking dish
  • Parchment Paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pulse around 2 cups of salted mini pretzels in a food processor until they reach a coarse flour-like texture. In a mixing bowl, combine with 1 cup oats, 1 cup flour, ¾ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Soften ½ cup salted butter and add to the dry ingredients along with 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Mix until a soft, crumbly dough forms.
  4. Press about one-third of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread 10-12 ounces of jam over the base layer, then sprinkle ½ cup of fresh berries on top.
  6. Crumble the remaining dough over the jam and berries for even coverage.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool completely in the pan, then lift out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
