Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the cauliflower, remove the leaves and core, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, combine the florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, tossing to coat.
  4. Spread the seasoned florets on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While roasting, combine chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Remove the roasted cauliflower and toss it in a bowl with the prepared glaze.
  7. Return the glazed cauliflower to the baking sheet and roast for another 5-7 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions before serving.
