  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch optional, mix with water to create slurry
For the Marinade
  • 3 tbsp Honey use maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce use gluten-free tamari if needed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger grated, fresh recommended
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice can substitute with lemon juice
For the Spice
  • 2-3 peppers Chili Peppers adjust according to your spice tolerance

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken with honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice. Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in cooking oil. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and pour into the skillet, stirring continuously for 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer the coated chicken to a serving plate, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with fresh herbs or lime wedges. Serve immediately.
