Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the thawed chicken wings with oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Flip each wing over and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, and soy sauce over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Dunk each wing into the glaze to coat evenly and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Bake the glazed wings for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Optional: Broil the wings for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
