Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions, around 15-20 minutes, until tender and fluffy.

  3. Stir in taco spices and 1/3 cup of water, simmering for 2-3 minutes until absorbed.
  4. Prep vegetables: dice tomatoes, shred lettuce, slice onion, and rinse beans.

  6. Garnish with salsa or crema, chopped cilantro, and fresh lime juice.
