  • 1.5 oz Light Rum vodka can be a lighter substitute

Equipment

  • cocktail glass
  • muddler

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a sturdy cocktail glass or mason jar, add diced pineapple, diced kiwi, and mint leaves. Muddle gently for about 30 seconds until it becomes a vibrant puree.
  2. Pour freshly squeezed lime juice over the mixture and stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes, allowing them to stack up.
  4. Slowly pour the light rum over the ice, allowing it to blend beautifully with the fruit.
  5. Top off with soda water, filling to the top, and stir lightly.
  6. Garnish with a fresh wedge of pineapple and a slice of lime on the rim. Optionally, add extra mint leaves.

Optimize refreshment by chilling glasses and ingredients beforehand. Adjust sweetness to taste before adding soda water. For a mocktail, omit the rum and increase soda water.
