- Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 4-6 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
- Prepare the Garlic and Green Onions: Finely chop garlic and green onions, separating the white and green parts. Set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic: In a nonstick skillet, heat over medium-high and add chopped garlic with a tablespoon of water. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the Green Onions: Incorporate the white parts of the chopped green onions and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Create the Sauce: Pour in coconut milk and tamari, stir to combine, and heat for about 1 minute until warmed through.
- Toss in the Pasta and Garnish: Add reserved pasta and green tops of the green onions, toss for 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
