Step-by-Step Instructions for BBQ Cauliflower Plant-Based Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the cauliflower into small florets and toss with olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Transfer roasted cauliflower to a bowl. Mix in half of the barbecue sauce until well-coated. Set aside.
  3. Grease a pizza pan and roll out store-bought pizza dough. Place it in the pan, stretching to fit.
  4. Spread the BBQ cauliflower mixture over the dough, then add sliced red onion and drizzle with remaining barbecue sauce.
